She consistently has been recognized as a Top Producer in her career as a Loan Officer, and is honored to have helped so many clients buy their dream home, or refinance to bring financial peace of mind.
Her strong belief that education and knowledge are key to a successful path to homeownership for many. She provides education and clarity to homebuyers and realtors at every opportunity, bringing confidence and trust to every transaction. She enjoys helping new Loan Officers learn the Mortgage process, and is always actively searching for positive, energetic people who want a career in the Mortgage Industry. Kim is a very proud Mom of a US Marine-Vet, with a deep appreciation for our Military and their families, recognizing the sacrifices made so they may serve. She is also an active Motocross Mom, she loves traveling the race circuit in support of her daughter's passion, and has made many friends with other Motocross families across the country. Time at home is enjoyed with her family and the antics of her 2 Old English Bulldogs, Kali & Meaty.
