An experienced and well-informed broker, I have been serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in the greater Princeton area since 1985. Educating my clients regarding all aspects of the real estate market is my primary goal. In addition to showing and listing houses, I make sure that the buyers and sellers with whom I work understand agency and property disclosure, relevant community issues, and legal and ethical expectations of real estate transactions. I focus on my clients' needs and wishes and they appreciate my confident professionalism through the purchase and sale process.

My educational background has provided me with a deep insight into home aesthetics and construction. With a Master's Degree in the History of Art and Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, I have a special appreciation for historic homes and homes with unique architectural relevancy. In addition to eighteenth century Colonial farmhouses, Princeton is rich with stately nineteenth and early twentieth century Victorian, Tudor, and Georgian homes, and stunning examples of contemporary styles. I have a practical working knowledge of home remodeling, having learned how to plumb, wire, frame, and roof my own properties. I can help buyers and sellers identify potential risks in properties and can provide insight into what the repair costs might be.

Having raised five children in the Princeton area, I am well versed in the academic, recreational, social, and cultural fabric of the community. My website provides clients with a comprehensive directory of area schools, activities, and professional services relevant to life in Princeton and central New Jersey. Housing choices will often be dependent on understanding the various school districts and family opportunities available in Princeton proper and its surrounding communities.
