I love my job! I am a full time real estate professional who specializes in coastal and central San Diego. My main real estate focus is the Point Loma and Ocean Beach market. My background in education and customer service all add up to an informed and satisfied client. I am extremely organized and very detail oriented and I am proud of the level of service that I provide. First and fore most I believe this is a people business and part of being a good realtor is developing a level of trust with my clients. I work tirelessly to achieve a great outcome for my buyers and sellers by being a strong negotiator and an advocate for my clients. I always try to be aware of the personal and emotional impact that a real estate transaction can have on my clients and my motto has always been "it's not about the deal, it's about the people". I always make sure that my clients get the knowledge that they need to succeed in their real estate transactions.
I work with first time home buyers, buyers wanting to find a larger home or looking to down size, and buyers wanting to find an investment property. The greatest pleasure I receive from this job is helping someone achieve their American Dream. I work hard to create loyalty and am proud that I consistently work with repeat clients. I am also a listing agent who will market and work diligently to get a home sold. I have chosen to work with a real estate firm that encompasses the local and national real estate world. Combining a strong marketing strategy with local expertise makes for a winning combination. I have the tools to create a proper marketing plan that will give your home the attention and exposure it deserves. I will apply my knowledge and expertise to achieve the successful sale of your property.
I was born in Australia and moved to the United States in 1987. I am married with two children and live in Point Loma, San Diego. I love design and architecture so real estate is a great fit for me. I believe strongly in giving back to my community and have been involved for many years in local philanthropic groups such as The Thursday Club in Point Loma and MADCAPS. In 2010 I created a neighborhood Facebook group called Point Loma Connections which has over 10,000 members. I am very proud of this group as it has become a great resource for neighbors and the community.
