She is fun to work with, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, honest, gives good advice, is good at teaching all about the ins and outs of real estate, and she will help you get the best deal possible and help you pick the home that fits you the best based on what you're looking for! And if you're not sure what you're looking for exactly, she will always give good advice and help you figure that out too! I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted when I started talking to Andrea and she helped me figure out some good criteria and began searching for places for me right away. It was nice to have someone with sensible attention to detail and good taste to be picking potential listings for me to narrow down to the ones that I wanted to see. And whenever we visited a place together, she would always give me her honest opinions on the pros and cons. And when I wanted to put in offers, she was very good about giving me experience-based recommendations for negotiating with the sellers tactfully and reasonably. I had no idea how complicated buying a home would be since I am a first time home buyer, but Andrea was great at answering all of my questions and even gave me frequent gentle reminders about things I forgot that I needed to stay on top of. She always says she is never too busy for any referrals and I've noticed she is also never too busy to answer her texts/emails or return my calls very quickly and is very flexible to work around my schedule whenever I am free to meet. There aren't enough good things that I can say about Andrea. Not only did she help me purchase my first house, when I was ready to sell it she had it sold within a matter of days of putting up the listing. I had a million questions with both my purchase and sale of my home and Andrea was there every step of the way to answer questions - even if it was me being paranoid about some detail! I have worked with a few real estate agents in the past but none of them were as patient and great as Andrea! As soon we met her, we knew she was the agent for us! Sometimes you come across agents who just want the sale and will try to make every home seem perfect even if they know it's not the right fit, but not Andrea! If we walked into a place that we all knew wasn't worth it, we would walk right out! She was really in it to help us find the perfect home and not just make the sale for herself!
