Throughout her 14 year real estate career, Jody VanSumer has experienced solid success, including honors such as “Rookie of the Year” and “Sales Woman of the Year”. She has been named a Five STAR Real Estate Professional for seven consecutive years (2013-2019), as featured in San Diego Magazine, and was selected by Five Star Professional as a Market Leader for San Diego as part of “The 500 List” featured in FORBES Magazine. Five Star professional is the largest, oldest and most widely published real estate agent award program in North America. The designation is a level of excellence in customer satisfaction achieved by fewer than 7% of real estate agents Nationwide. In addition to these designations, Jody has also received the San Diego Association of Realtors Recognition of Excellence Award. This award goes out to the top 5% of Realtors in San Diego who exemplify excellence in real estate.
