It all started after reading The Millionaire Real Estate Agent.

Kara Moll was taking a break from working in the high-paced, glitzy entertainment marketing business after 9/11 and was inspired to be a real estate agent after reading Gary Keller’s book:  The Millionaire Real Estate Agent. At the time, she and her husband Mark were investing in real estate and Mark was working in the mortgage business. Kara fell in love with real estate and after receiving her start with other real estate offices; she joined Keller Williams in 2003.

Since then, she became a coach through Keller Williams KW MAPS Coaching (Mega Achievement Productivity Systems). KW MAPS offers award-winning programs designed for real estate professionals committed to transforming their businesses and lives through education and coaching. 

 

Under her leadership, her team is a top 1% KW producer with a coveted 93.7% referral rate.

How does coaching help our real estate clients?

Kara Moll coaches the coaches. The 25 coaches she is responsible for each have 25-30 clients.  She also coaches 25 top Keller Williams agents that have between 20 to 500 sales per year. This unique expertise helps Kara set the direction for the team, by identifying trends through these interactions.

Kara also participates in a monthly Mastermind group with Keller Williams founder Gary Keller, discussing the future of real estate and the changes in the industry.

According to Kara, a listing appointment is no different than a coaching call. By zeroing in on what is important to clients and truly listening to them, a realistic solution to their goals is developed. Her motto is #MakingRealEstateEasy. Seventeen years and thousands of transactions later; there isn’t much Kara Moll hasn’t seen. Surviving real estate crashes and distressed markets, Kara has maneuvered her business to emerge successfully by pivoting and mastering the market of the moment. Her office has thrived during the COVID-19 pandemic utilizing ZOOM for appointments, virtual open houses, and Facebook Live video tours. Kara’s peers all agree that she loves to win when negotiating for her clients!

 

More about Kara...

Kara’ education and initial career was in commercial banking. That quickly changed when she was listening to her favorite radio station (Q101 FM Chicago) and a job opportunity was announced on the air for a position in sales at the station. She landed the job which led to a position in non-traditional sale, which meant cross-promoting for station clients such as Marshall Fields and Hugo Boss tying in music.

Kara was born and raised in the Chicago area. She graduated from North Park University in Chicago with a B.A. in Business Administration and minors in Economics, Accounting and Art. She also attended the Prochnow Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kara is a huge fan of Marcus Lemonis, star of CNBC’s The Profit and his basic business principles. “We have the best people on the team and a system for everything to provide the client with an outstanding experience.”
