I'm in my 14th year as a full time licensed REALTOR®; and have over thirty years of solid business experience with a heavy concentration in finance.
Customer service, education, ethics and integrity are key ingredients in my business plan.
I served on the Board of Directors for the Delaware Association of Realtors and Kent County Association of Realtors. Our focus is protecting and serving the public, as well as maintaining high standards for our realtor community with continuing education and computer technology. Over the past 11 years, I've been featured in Delaware Today magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Agent, an award based on customer satisfaction and peer review. I've been a Top Producer in my field for the past 13 years, earning the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, RE/MAX President's Club, and RE/MAX Executive Club awards.
I was one of the first REALTORS® in Delaware to earn my designations as a Certified Distressed Property Expert and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource. I specialize in residential sales, short sales and foreclosures. REMAX International has appointed me as the designated realtor to handle Bank of America Cooperative Short Sales in Kent County. I’ve also worked successfully with JP Morgan Chase, CitiBank, WSFS, Greentree, and Wells Fargo in previous short sales. I have the expertise to navigate the challenges of short sales for the buyer or seller.
Additional designations include Certified Real Estate Negotiator and e-Pro Internet Professional, as well as Accredited Buyer's Representative. This designation is earned through the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
