Hello! My name is LaShawn and I am the founder of the Priority One Homes Team (POHT) at Mainframe Real Estate, which is comprised of well-rounded licensed REALTORS and professionals who are skilled and educated in residential real estate sales, marketing, professional staging and even residential construction!

We usually work half days...you know, 12 hours a day!

No seriously, we are all full-time REALTORs and have been honored to have assisted more than 750 clients over the past 18 years. We run a faith-based real estate Team whose focus is to provide our clients with prompt, personalized and professional representation in the sale or purchase of a home. As long as it has walls, a ceiling, floors and a door, we've got experience in marketing & selling it or helping buyers pick just the right one for them!
I'm a native Floridian (LMHS graduate) and love sharing market knowledge with the locals and showcasing all that Central Florida has to offer with anyone else who will listen...whether they are a relocating snow bird (especially after an uber cold Winter up North), a newly married couple flying from their parent's coop, or a company transferee who needs staging and moving assistance (just don't ask me clean out the fridge...I draw the line at that).
