Michael has been selling homes in the Denver area for over 9 years and is the Managing Broker/Owner for Colorado Heart and Soul Homes, LLC. Michael and his wife, Micki, make an excellent team. We believe in protecting our clients not only getting to the closing table but long after the closing is complete. We personally purchase every one of our clients a 1 year home warranty - this helps protect both sellers (during the inspection) and buyers if something would go faulty during the 1st year of ownership that the warranty covers. MANY of our clients have been able to take advantage of having this home warranty.

My husband and I hired Michael & Micki to sell our house and to help us find a new one. We couldn't be any happier with the level of service that we received every single step of the way!! When we decided to move, we were very unsure of the market and really didn't know where to start. Michael is extremely knowledgeable with the current market and so he advised us on where to start on our pricing for our home. We decided to move out of our home and stay with family prior to listing so that we would not miss out on any showings with our young son's schedule. They helped us stage the house and it looked great. We listed on a Friday and were under contract in about 24 hours. We had multiple offers which ended up driving up our final sales price. Micki & Michael were in touch with us after every showing was scheduled and after each offer came in.
