Nearly 22 years ago Jeff embarked on a sales career in the beverage industry with Anheuser-Busch and MillerCoors, which built his foundation of sales techniques and successes. Jeff excelled almost immediately in this role - honing his creativity, negotiation, and sales skills to drive award-winning results, the likes of which his company had never seen from someone so young. Jeff quickly was promoted to upper management, where he was able to grow a sales team which achieved massive success. Jeff's teams had a reputation for constantly out-maneuvering and out-executing their competitors as Jeff was able to groom his staff to consistently reach their maximum earning potential. During Jeff's illustrious sales career in the beverage industry, Jeff met the love of his life, married her, and began a family. Jeff's wife and her family own and operate one of the most highly respected custom home construction companies in Colorado Springs, which also features a division specializing in commercial Real Estate development and finance. Working closely with them, Jeff developed a passion and deep understanding of the Real Estate business which far exceeds that of your typical Real Estate agent. Jeff is driven by his Big Why, which is to motivate teens and pre-teens to excel in life and to prepare them for the adversity and challenges they will face as they approach adulthood. Jeff is an avid outdoors-man and athletics enthusiast and often incorporates these passions into his youth coaching. Jeff is extremely active in his local community - be it coaching youth football or lacrosse or other impactful youth functions, and always making sure he is having a positive impact on young peoples' lives.
