Chris is a graduate of the University of Delaware and the Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Chris worked for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company during a twelve-year span as Underwriting Counsel and Branch Manager, Manager for the State of Delaware, Commercial Counsel for Eastern Pennsylvania, Manager for Eastern Pennsylvania, Manager of the Talon Group operations and United General Title brand for Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, and was appointed Assistant Vice President under Fidelity and Vice President under First American.
Chris became a Realtor in July 2009 and is currently with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors. He appeared in a September 2014 episode of "House Hunters" on HGTV. Chris has volunteered extensively for environmental causes and political organizations, likes cooking and entertaining and enjoys outdoor activities, particularly gardening, and recently began making pottery. He is a member of the Brandywine Health Foundation (BHF) Garden Party Committee, is Co-Chair of the BHF VIP Party Committee, a member of the Board of the Chester County Art Association, a Patron and member of Historic Yellow Springs, regular contributor to People’s Light and Theater Company, a member of the Hardy Plant Society and a member of the Board of the Spirit of Gheel. He lives with his husband, Anthony Richinelli, and their two cats in Paoli.
