My son insisted I meet his mortgage agent and I was at first skeptical. Happily I found Ken to be the most congenial , helpful, and responsive agent I have yet to work with. So often once the deal is made you get little or no attention from the person you're working with. Ken returns calls in short time and will always answer or find the answer to any questions. When I struggled to find the necessary information he often took it upon himself to find it for me. I would recommend Ken Gunther to anyone with the assurance they would not be disappointed and , in fact, thank me.

Ken was one of the best decisions we made when buying a house (besides the house itself that is). He made himself available during the entire process and was there to answer any and all questions we had. Ken is also great at running through the numbers with you ahead of time so there are no surprises at closing time.
