Michael Milano leads his group of licensed professionals, formally of Milano Brothers Builders who have been building custom homes in Monmouth & Ocean Counties since 1985. Michael has over 34 years of experience in Selling Real Estate including New Home Construction, Renovations, Sub-Division Approvals, Land Acquisition, Lease Agreements and Foreclosures. Michael also has extensive knowledge of Waterfront properties prompted most recently by the events of “Superstorm Sandy” in which Michael recognized the importance of becoming better educated and so began the process by first attending a FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) seminar at the PNC Art Center followed by Governor Christie’s Press Conference in Seaside Heights where he announced the adoption of the ABFE (Advisory Base Flood Elevations), another FEMA seminar at the Seaview Marriott, a FEMA Open House in Toms River, numerous webinars and presented seminars for Diane Turton Agents with one including an Attorney, Engineer and Insurance Agent. Michael then went on and developed an exclusive Letter of Interpretation of an Elevation Certificate with a local Engineer, all of which should make you feel comfortable whether you are Buying or Selling a Waterfront home.

Sabine Jarvis: The Group's Team Leader, Listing & Contract Coordinator for the past 21 years and Accredited Staging Professional oversees the day to day office activity in addition to the implementation of our Marketing Program. Sabine is responsible for following up on feedback daily for each property listing and communicating on a monthly basis to our clients in addition to preparing Marketing Activity Reports & monitoring of all websites. She is also responsible for each transaction from Contract through closing of title as well as keeping our clients updated each step of the way throughout the transaction. As another of the Group’s Buyer Specialists she is dedicated to helping you find your Dream Home. Sabine has over 30 years of Client Satisfaction experience.
Dominick “Dom” Lorusso: The Group’s Buyer Specialist with over 30 years in the Constructional Industry has worked closely with many architects and builders in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Passionate about Real Estate, Dominick decided to pursue his own career in Real Estate. For the past 5 years, he is happy to be part of “The Milano Group” who has a proven record of success and excellence in the industry. He hopes to build on the camaraderie of this Diane Turton team and be an active contributor to its long time success.
