By seeking out and contracting with Fannie Mae ( the Federal National Mortgage Association), Freddie Mac (the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp.) and many other permanent investors, our company is able to provide the most competitive and versatile lending products available. In fact, as delegated underwriters for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, we offer our customers many programs - including fixed rate, adjustment rate and many jumbo loan products.
