I've loved real estate since I waa a girl. I grew up helping my father remodel, refurbish, update every house we lived in As a single mom with 4 children I did all of the maintenance and repair around the house. I had no money to hire a handyman. Later I would buy homes that I could fix up, some of them I kept and rented others I would simply beautify and sell.I always put love & care into it as if my family and I were moving in.
Ny clients are my priority and usually end up being lifelong acquaintances and friends. I like to think I treat my clients like I would want to be treated if I were making one of the largest purchases of my life. With the experience I gained as an onsite sales person for home builders and as an investor I know construction from the ground up. I feel it's a bonus that I am a Colorado native. I've always lived on the West side of the metro area from North to South. From Westminster to Littleton I know Jefferson, Adams. and Denver County very well
I became an on site sale associate for 2 different builders and later decided to get my real estate license. I have sold commercial apartment buildings, residential and investment properties and many first time buyer properties as my family grew up and expanded. I am a Realtor with South Metro Denver Realtor Association, have been a top scoring agent in 5280's Magazine 6 years running, an affiliate with Hometown Hero Project and honored to give back to teachers, military, law enforcement, firefighters and health care workers. I love giving back to the people who make our lives richer, safer, better. I'm a Naturalist at Roxborough State Park and enjoy working with school groups, being a puppeteer for the little ones, and participating in the hikes and refreshments served up on our Moonlight Hikes with a full moon lighting our way to the Visitors Center. It really is magical and our wildlife likes to come out and enjoy it with us on occassion.
