Ann has been selling real estate in the Southern California area since 2003. She totals almost $100 million in sales volume throughout her career.

Buying or selling a home is obviously a huge step in one's life and Ann understands that better than anyone. She is dedicated to selling her clients' homes quickly and at top dollar, and finding her buying clients the right homes that meet their needs, within their budget.
Being raised in upstate New York, Ann fell in love with the Southern California coastal lifestyle as soon as she came here. She vowed to always live within a mile from the beach for the rest of her life, which led to the desire of making other people's coastal living dreams come true too. She soon found that being a beach areas specialist was her calling. Ann gets to know each of her clients personally and continues to have a close relationship with them even after their transaction closes. It is her goal that every client's wishes and needs are met and that they have a positive homebuying/selling experience along the way. Ann is a one-of-a-kind realtor who is personable, consistant, and trustworthy.
