Sarah Zdeb has been serving the Charlotte, North Carolina area with her expertise in commercial and residential real estate industry since 2001. As a continually recognized leader in the community, Sarah has served as an advisor for state and local boards and committees to help shape the growth and development of the city's future. Her strong belief in building long lasting relationships with her clients and fellow agents has given her a reputation for exceeding expectations and providing five star, knowledgeable, personalized, customer service.
In 2019, Sarah was provided the opportunity to share the expertise and knowledge she gained over her real estate career, as the new Owner and Broker In Charge of the JP and Associates REALTORS Carolina Living franchise offices in Charlotte. She is dedicated to JPAR’s foundation of productivity and service, that changes agents' lives, by providing them with top notch training and coaching. Her goal is to create a community of agents that excel in their real estate careers and exceed their clients' expectations, while building long lasting relationships in the industry. This will be the 8th year she's received the FIVE STAR AWARD. Her mission is to empower her agents, so they can't imagine not succeeding. As her office continues to grow, she will continue her mission and surround herself and her current agents with other like-minded real estate brokers to create as many FIVE STAR agents as possible to serve Charlotte's growing community.
