Molly has been an absolute delight to work with. She knew from the beginning of our relationship we were looking to buy or lease. As we went forward, we decided to lease. She was not phased; she kept looking for us and giving very responsive service. The commission for a lease is much less than for a home purchase, obviously, but she is so customer service oriented she kept working very hard for us. If we buy in the Denver market in the next few years, Molly will be our realtor. Molly had a near impossible job though she delivered in a huge way ensuring a smooth transition from Chicago to Denver metro; she made sure to keep us in the loop as to our options in a pretty tight market on a very tight time frame due to having to sell a property in Illinois in tandem w purchasing our new home in Colorado. Even when there were stretches of time when the options seemed minimal Molly managed to maintain a positive outlook and proved to be a great resource regarding our cross country relocation, and after a couple of months and a couple of two day visits we were able to find a great home in a great school district for our two young children. My parents house needed to be sold, I live out of state and had no idea who to use as a realtor. I turned to the internet and sites like zillow to get some ideas from people who had dealt with local realtors, I looked for reoccurring high scores across different sites, read all the reviews, I met with more than one realtor, but when I contacted Molly she was immediately helpful and came to our initial meeting with lots of good information and a plan, after meeting with her I knew I had found my choice. Molly was always quickly responsive to my questions and needs, she maneuvered through all obstacles and paperwork with ease, managing it all, even with me being out of state! Molly took what was a stressful event for me and made it easy. With her plan and help we quickly sold my parents home for a great price and I never questioned the fact that I had chosen correctly.
