I am a Full Time, Licensed Realtor specializing in Residential Sales primarily in Seminole County serving the wonderful communities of Casselberry, Oviedo and Winter Springs; where I currently reside.
I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" in my first year of Real Estate and have maintained top sales levels every year since. I am ranked in the top 10% of Real Estate professionals in my market and have held positions on professional boards in industry related organizations, as well as voluntary, charitable and youth organizations. I am also a member of, and regularly participate in, various professional and social organizations to include the Orlando Regional International Council, the Oviedo/Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce, Orlando Women in Business and many more.
Prior to beginning a career in Real Estate, I worked in the corporate sector of Marketing and Business Development. The skills I developed during this time by cultivating & retaining business relationships, implementing effective marketing strategies and negotiating contracts enable me to expertly represent my clients and ensure that their Real Estate transaction goals are achieved.
I was fortunate enough to travel the world as a military wife for many years as my husband proudly served in the United States Army. With each move, I learned how to navigate the relocation process expertly and efficiently which ultimately served as a catalyst to my Real Estate career.
Because I understand the importance of marketing and how to identify ‘Target Markets', I am able to effectively market my listings to the right audience; and my penchant for education keeps me regularly engaged and expertly poised to tackle the ever-changing Real Estate industry.
