Karen has lived in West Plano for over 30 years and has 15+ years of corporate Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting experience with various Fortune 500 companies. She has served on many community, church and social boards in both the West Plano and Frisco area. Karen has raised three sons (now in their twenties) in West Plano and has built many community connections. She is also grandmother to an adorable toddler girl.
Karen has been in Real Estate in the North Dallas area for over nine years for Ebby Halliday REALTORS and has been a consistent Top Producer in her office year after year, selling millions of dollars of homes annually. She is a Diamond, Platinum and Star Plateau Producer for Ebby. Karen has earned several real estate certifications, as it’s her belief that continued education coupled with years of real estate experience is essential in advising her clients in the best possible way. She is honored to have recently graduated from the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program (TRLP) with a seasoned group of agents that were invited to participate in this special program and she has been named as a Texas Monthly Magazine Five Star Real Estate Agent for professionalism and excellence in the field.

She has a broad knowledge of the local market and home values in order to grasp the market direction and pricing. Karen understands that a key factor in selling a home is in the preparation of the home for the market, and she works tirelessly with her clients to “get it right” with staging, and then she adds fine photography and a solid marketing plan, in order to bring the best price possible.
Karen’s success is, in part, due to a keen ability to coordinate the details of today’s sophisticated transactions and direct a strong team in all areas-from financing and one-stop shopping, to the latest online marketing tools.
It’s no secret that Karen thrives in her real estate work, but in her spare time she enjoys hanging with her boys and granddaughter, entertaining with friends, faith activities, working out, cooking, decorating, playing tennis at Glen Eagles Country Club, and always enjoying life!
