I'm a numbers nerd and former engineer. When I studied for my MBA, I found my place with finances and number crunching. For Real Estate, this translates into detailed market comparisons and when helfpul, spreadsheets to help compare multiple scenarios.
I think long term. Sometimes it's easy to get swept up in the current market or minor details of a transaction. As a Realtor® and with my approach to negotiations, I can help rise above the details and emotions, and help keep us focused on the end results.
I understand the market changes on a daily basis. I do have market areas that I know very well, but even in those cases, when it comes to my clients, I study their target areas real-time, so that I'm bringing the most up-to-date information to help make decisions.
I am committed to education. I have earned my engineering degree, MBA, real estate license, several designations, and now my real estate Broker license.
