I can relate to the stresses and the uncertanties associated with buying or selling. My husband’s job in the oil and gas industry has relocated us several times to different states, we have lived in and sold two homes in Katy and built a home in Richmond. The diversity and challenges of these moves have made me passionate to utilize my experiences to the benefits of my clients. We have lived in Katy since 1999 and have two children who have gone through the exemplary Katy Independent School District. I have been active in many school, community, philanthropic and church organizations. I was raised in Real Estate since my father has been a top producer in the field for over thirty-five years. Above all, he instilled in me integrity, professionalism, honesty and trust and to always put the needs of my client first.
I am a full time realtor and I am 100% committed to providing the best service possible. I pride myself in my accessibility. I usually always answer my phone unless I am with a client, in a closing, in a meeting or at church. But I always answer via text and I check my email regularly. I know the importance of timely communication, not just with you my client, but with all aspects of a transaction. I work professionally with the other agent, the title company, the lender, the appraiser, the inspector, etc. Perhaps some of the best compliments I have received are from other agents who have thanked me for my professionalism and fast response. They have stated that they were confident when they asked me for information I would get back with them immediately with the answer or a time frame as to when to expect to receive it. It is imperative to have a working relationship with all parties of a transaction (other agent, title company, lender, inspector, survey, appraisal, etc.) to ensure a smooth and on time closing for my clients.
There is an element of trust between the client and the realtor. I have a perfect 5 out of 5 star rating on HAR/MLS Client Experience Rating Survey. Clients are asked to rate their REALTOR® on how well they performed in each of four categories: competency, market knowledge, communication and experience. This ratings model allows a REALTOR®'s client to rate the REALTOR® using a star system, with 5 stars being the best rating possible. The Client Experience Rating system will then average the scores to determine an overall rating for the REALTOR®. A small percentage of realtors actually utilize this rating system because to participate, it is all or nothing. The survey has to be sent out to each and every client for their feedback, or their previous ratings are removed and they are no longer eligible for participation.
