About Kathy
Kathy Lewis has been an award-winning Realtor for outstanding sales performance since 2002. Most of her business is done through referrals from clients who have been extremely satisfied with their experience and have voted her a Five-Star Professional, Best in Client Satisfaction - Real Estate Agent by Sarasota Magazine, several years running.
Currently a licensed professional at Michael Saunders & Company, her sales volume ranks within the top producers of the company and among the upper ranks of the Lakewood Ranch office comprising of more than 75 sales agents.
Before coming to Michael Saunders & Company, Kathy sold real estate for Coldwell Banker, where she was in the top 13% of all CB agents worldwide.
Prior to her real estate career, Kathy enjoyed many years of success working in corporate America for Xerox Corporation in Rochester, New York. After leaving Xerox Corporation, Kathy founded and owned her own advertising agency, where she was president and creative director for eight years before following her husband Ken on a three-year assignment in Tokyo, Japan, where she taught English.
Kathy’s breadth of experience and talent in creative design have greatly assisted buyers in the re-sale and new-home construction arena by helping them with site selection and assisting with interior design choices that will stand the test of time. She also takes special care to assist home sellers in preparing their home for the market to show in the best light possible and achieve the best sales price.
Kathy is also particularly skilled in data analyses, identifying market trends and clearly communicating her findings to both sellers and buyers in easy to understand formats.
