Cheri has been selling residential real estate in Fairfield County for over 32 years. She understands that her clients goals are paramount, and implements a personal, hands on approach to help each client realize their home ownership goals. She has managed real estate brokerage offices for large Connecticut real estate firms and has a thorough knowledge of contracts, negotiations, and has proven problem solving skills.
Cheri's goal is not simply to close a transaction. It's to have happy and satisfied clients after the transaction closes. Working with buyers and sellers, her performance has lead to a successful business through client referrals. She knows the real estate market well and uses that knowledge and experience to assist her clients in their buying and selling process. Cheri's clients are entrusting substantial resources when they sell and purchase property therefore, it is only appropriate that they benefit from representation which brings experience to the table and substantial resources as well.
Founded in 2016, Coleman Realty Group consists of 5 full-time Realtors working under the leadership of Cheri Coleman. In 2017, the group was #1 in unit sales for the Trumbull Coldwell Banker office.
