My name is Katie Davis, and I’m a realtor with Keller Williams Classic Properties. I received my real estate license shortly after graduating from Indiana University in 2007 and moving back to Upper Arlington, where I grew up. As a long time resident of Columbus, I am extremely knowledgeable of the central Ohio market.
EXPERIENCE
Despite a down market and the fact that I was new to the job, I was quickly able to translate my hard work into results. I believe much of my success is attributable to my persistence and determination, my meticulous attention to detail, my ability to see all that I take on through to the end, and my excellent communication skills. In the years that have passed I have represented buyers and sellers in Clintonville, Dublin, Hilliard, Downtown Columbus, Grandview, Upper Arlington, Short North, Victorian Village, German Village, Worthington, and more.

Katie was named 2014 and 2015 as a Five Star Real Estate Agent which is a service based award nominated by clients and also based on performance and results. In 2015 Katie was also named a “Top Ten Under 40” Realtor in Central Ohio.

PERSONAL
When I am not helping people track down their perfect home or marketing and selling their current home, I find fulfillment in my membership and active participation as the Vice President of Pleasure Guild benefiting Nationwide Children’s Hospital; Magic Makers benefiting Flying Horse Farms; Upper Arlington Women’s Club and Scioto Country Club.
I also enjoy traveling, reading, working out, and spending time with my family and friends.
I am passionate about helping people with one of their most important decisions – buying and/or selling a home.
