I’m glad you’re here. I’ve been a full-time real estate agent & broker since 1988 — serving clients throughout San Diego’s North County.
My background has given me a wide array of skills to serve you. I’ve worked as a journalist, photographer, worldwide advertising manager, teacher, workshop leader, author, copy writer, publisher, & public speaker.
I’m passionate about serving you with excellence beyond your highest expectations. As an educator, I have a deep desire to empower people & that’s how I serve my clients. I’m an expert at marketing & negotiating, but my slogan, Moving Lives Forward, tells the real story. Here’s what my clients say when it’s all over.
As a broker, I owned my own successful real estate company, worked for over a decade with Prudential California Realty as a leading agent, and then joined Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty because it’s such a powerful brand for my sellers & buyers.
I have been one of the top agents in Solana Beach since 2008, even though 50% of my business is outside Solana Beach – throughout coastal North County.
I’m married to Shannon Peck & we feel like the happiest couple in the universe. We are authors of several books on love & relationships, including our best seller, The Love You Deserve.
