About Darlena Nelms
Darlena is a licensed real estate broker, who has lived in Southwest Florida since 1984. Having worked with clients from as far away as Seattle and London, she specializes in assisting families who are relocating, both to our area and from their existing Sarasota homes. Her own family relocated to Sarasota in 2001 and it is her personal goal to make all her clients’ moves as smooth and stress free as her own.
Much of Darlena’s real estate career has been spent assisting international buyers with the purchase of both personal and investment properties in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. She has a keen understanding of the intricacies of an international sale and is an expert in assisting international buyers understand and feel comfortable with the US real estate purchasing process.
