Michael Dmyterko, a proud native of the Oak Park-River Forest community, has dedicated his entire life to giving back to the place he calls home. As an enthusiastic volunteer and former school district employee, Michael brings a profound sense of service to his clients.
With over a decade of experience in real estate, Michael is not only a licensed REALTOR® but also holds prestigious designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®). Additionally, he is a licensed Community Association Manager, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the real estate industry.

A proud graduate of Oak Park and River Forest High School, Michael holds an Economics degree from DePaul University. He currently resides in Forest Park with his wife and two young sons, actively exploring and enjoying all the amenities the area has to offer. Beyond his professional and family commitments, Michael is a dedicated volunteer for Opportunity Knocks, an organization providing essential resources and support to young people with developmental disabilities.
