I was born and raised in Colorado, a second generation REALTOR®, 4th generation Real Estate Investor. Following in my family's footsteps, I was raised in the Real Estate Industry. I have been an investor and managing my own properties since 1997, specializing in Residential, Multi-family and some commercial. I enjoy working with people and have a great marketing background. I am passionate about what I do and love helping my Sellers and Buyers to achieve the best results when it comes to selling or buying a home or investment.
When working with investors it is important to me to help them fill their portfolios with quality investments. My personal experience and knowledge can help 1st time investors and 1st time buyers to achieve their goals and learn how and why Real Estate is and will continue to be a great investment. Real estate is a historically proven to be a sound investment and is for now and for the future.
When I can get a 1st time homebuyer into a home for the same monthly amount as what they were paying in "RENT". I feel accomplishment. I bring my sincerity, honesty, and reliability to the Real Estate Market. I believe when you are an informed buyer or seller, you'll make the best decisions for the most important purchase or sale in your lifetime. That's why my goal is to keep you informed on trends in the marketplace using the latest statistics in your local area.
As a local area expert with knowledge of the communities, my objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals.
A few of my accomplishments in my career include: receiving the Prestigious Rising Star (Rookie of the Year) Award my first year in business, Multi-Million Dollar Producer and Quality Service Award. Previous I worked with Branded offices but tired of getting bought out every few years, in 2010 I bought an office Building in Brighton opened an independent Brokerage Firm, A Perfect Location Realty and I continue with the quality service I have always provided to my clients from now and in the future.
