Jan Hepp-Struck is the founding broker of Hepp Realty/Metro Brokers of Brighton. After nearly four decades dedicated to real estate, Jan has built a very successful real estate brokerage employing a trifecta approach of educational background, professional experience, and community engagement. This has provided her with an unparalleled reputation for knowledge, customer service, and expertise.
Her success has been recognized in the form of numerous awards and recognitions, including THIRTEEN (13) years of recognition by Five Star Professional and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce in 2011.
Jan was born and raised in the Denver Metro area, and has lived and been very involved in the Brighton Colorado community for more than forty years. She earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 1999, and she attended Denver University Law Center to become a Certified Paralegal in Real Estate in 1974, providing her with an in depth understanding of real estate business. She specializes in both residential and commercial properties, with an emphasis on Brighton Colorado and the surrounding areas.
Jan has been at the center of the real estate industry through out her career, holding leadership positions on the Metro Brokers Inc. board of directors, Brighton Chamber of Commerce board, Brighton Urban Renewal Authority board, North Metro Denver Board of Realtors (NMDRA), and Brighton Economic Development Corporation, among others. As a leader in her community and industry, Jan understands changing trends but also knows that a commitment to her professional philosophy of setting extraordinary standards through world-class customer service, combined with loving what you are doing, is what really matters in the long run.
