"How much is my home worth?" When I get this question, I hand prepare detailed valuation reports based on comparable sales, market trends, and details of your home. Also, when you are buying a home, I prepare this report BEFORE writing an offer so you know what the home is worth!

We find time to run on the Denver area's many trails and swim competitively with the Aurora Masters swim club. We have been fortunate to travel throughout the United States and many other beautiful places around the world but are happy to call Colorado our home.
