For the past 18 years Real Estate has been my full time business and I am here to serve your needs and interests when it comes to vacant ground, single family homes, farms, investment propeties, condominiums and whatever else that is necessary to buy and sell. I know what it takes to make a transaction move from listng to the closing table for Sellers and how the assist Buyers to find that perfect property they've been looking for. I am honored to be presented this Five Star Award for 9 years running because it tells me that that my clients are pleased with my work.
Prior to embarking into real estate sales I designed and built homes and structures as a residential contractor. I know how homes and buildings are constructed from the ground up. This knowledge can be of service when explaining the various componants of properties and how they function. Helping Sellers and Buyer become more familiar with this aspect of real property is a specialty I am glad to offer.
Because Real Estate can be sold in more than one way I've incorporated the Auction Method of Sales into my business plan. When a property needs to be sold in a fixed time frame speak with me about marketing and selling via the auction service I provide. It may be just the route to take.
