"We were first time buyers, and Roger was highly recommended to us by a friend who had also used Rogers services in the past. We met with Roger early on in our buying process, and he helped us through every step. When we found the house we wanted, Roger worked quickly with the seller's realtor to communicate our offer; the next day we found out that we got the house. He uses an online document service that made signing documents very fast and easy, which sped up the closing process for us.
