Buying, selling or relocating can be one of the most important decision in one's life. That is why it is an honor for me to serve my clients. With over 23 years of knowledge and experience in Real Estate, I provide my clients with the tools and resources necessary in making those sometimes-hard decisions. I educate them on the entire home buying/selling process, including local market conditions. I take the time to ask questions and listen to their needs and wants in order to understand what is most important to them. Buying or selling a home is also an emotional experience and my goal is to make the process as stress free as possible. My clients first come to me because of my knowledge of the industry and my familiarity with the area. They come back to me and refer me to their friends and family because of my trust worthiness, professionalism, consistent communication, and prompt follow through.
Professionally I hold the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert Certification), CHP (Certified Home Ownership Professional), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Resource). I have been recognized as a member of The Presidents Club, The Executive Club, the 100% Club, and as a Top Multi-Year Producer with over 5.4 Million in Sales 2013-2016. Over 6 million in 2017-2021. Top 12 percent of the company in 2017. Connecticut Magazine 5 Star Professional-2013- 2017, 2021- 2023 , and Best of Trulia Top Agent Award 2014-2020.
