I have bought and sold many homes but this is the first time I used the same realtor for both sides of the process. Having worked with many realtors I had a good idea what I wanted, someone with a lot of experience in the local market, a successful track record and an easy going personality. One other important factor was personal involvement. In the past, I often found that the large team approach resulted in less satisfactory results. Carey exceeded all my expectations and managed both the buy and sell process which was complicated by both the Covid virus challenge and the fact that I was living remotely in our summer residence.
