Michelle Maiers

Many buyers have found a new home or their first home because of Michelle. She always knew matching people with property was her calling. At 19, while attending the UW, she received her real estate license and was fortunate enough to work as an assistant to a top producing broker/builder where she learned many facets of the industry. She then began selling homes, gaining more experience, and even won a sales contest in her office. After much training and testing she became a Managing Broker in 2002, and then became a Certified Negotiation Expert. Michelle is a volunteer in teaching classes for WSHFC.org, has led Real Estate Investment Club meetings for RHA-WA, is a past Board of Directors Member for Rental Housing Association and has been featured in Seattle Magazine where she was voted by former clients as being top in customer satisfaction. As a well-informed broker, she understands the importance of connecting with prospective buyers and sellers and has a thorough understanding of the market. Michelle’s interest in people and the real estate profession have kept her at the top of her game for over 30 years in the Pacific Northwest, adding her Hawaii Brokers license in 2020.
