A trusted and respected real estate broker, she has consistently been recognized for her exceptional customer service and work ethic. Carla is a 4th generation, lifelong resident of Westchester County, and has dedicated 24+ years to helping clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties. In 2015, she opened her own brokerage firm, DeMarsh Properties. Earlier this year, Carla, along with co-authors Richard Lefauve and Ari Lefauve, released their book “Create Your Real Estate Edge: How to build a successful real estate career from the ground up”.
