A 5th generation Colorado native, Kimberly offers extensive knowledge of the front range, from Arvada to Colorado Springs, with a focus on Elbert and Douglas Counties. She has been helping homeowners since 2000 and consistently ranks at the top of her profession, thanks to both her clients and her peers. She entered real estate with deep knowledge and direct experience in matters not usually mastered by new agents. As a managing partner of a 1,000-acre piece of raw ground, she went through the planning and zoning processes in preparation for a mixed-used development. With a steep learning curve of information most real estate agents don’t have firsthand knowledge of, she learned the particulars around water, zoning, soils and environmental issues.
Kimberly believes in building lasting relationships and takes a personal interest in each of her clients and provides customized, white-glove service that’s uniquely tailored to each client. She understands that buying or selling a home is a life-changing event in a person's life, and her goal is to make it as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Her goal is not just to meet client expectations, but also to exceed them. She provides excellent real estate service, with passion.
For listings, Kimberly conducts considerable social media marketing in addition to targeted marketing to identify buyers. She doesn’t take a one size fits all approach and analyzes if there is a particular market where buyers will be coming from, determines how to best reach them, and formalizes a marketing plan accordingly.
The joy of real estate for Kimberly lies in the privilege of helping people start new chapters in their lives, whether buying or selling. Her helpfulness also extends to her participation in community endeavors as she personally supports many local charities and schools.
Looking to the future, Kimberly is motivated to continue growing her office of advisors through continued training and mentoring. She enjoys teaching classes with the goal of helping create the most educated and best agents in the state. She has even become a go-to source for agents outside her office, and even outside her company, who trust her advice when working on properties in her areas of expertise.
